Spiciness does play an important role in Korean plates but they are more than just that. There are abundant flavors and stories in every taste. For this project, I would like to lead you to understand Korean food culture better. Firstly, I will introduce you to classical Korean cuisine besides the famous ones. Also, I am going to visualize what ingredients make this tasteful cuisine. Last but not least, I will show you the cultural and regional perspectives of Korean foods.
